    • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the criteria in our Return Policy.

2. Changing Your Order:

  • Before Shipment:
    • If you need to modify your order (such as changing the product, color, or quantity), you can make changes directly from your DigiDeck account.
    • Log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, and select the order you want to change.
    • If the option to modify is available, you'll be able to make your changes. If not, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • After Shipment:
    • If your order has already been shipped, we can’t make changes. However, you can return the item within 7 days and place a new order for the correct product.
